Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

This is a fast, effective and thorough Meridian Therapy.
Although this system has been aclaimed as a new wonder therapy, it does in fact have a long and venerable lineage evolving from ancient Chinese acupuncture.
Emotional Freedom Technique involves stimulating the meridians at certain pressure points whilst the mind is focussed on the problem to be addressed, whether it be a physical problem, an emotional issue or a seemingly fixed mental process. This results in the relevant energy blockage being freed from the meridian system so thoroughly that often even the memory of the problem cannot later be recalled.!
This is the treatment par excellence to address:- Pain, phobias, mental and emotioanl conditioning and limitations.
EFT has an established track record in the treatment of dyslexia and even allergies and food intolerance.
Emotional Freedom Technique reminds us in the most dramatic fashion that the concepts of the 'Possible' and 'Impossible' are merely the limits of our imagination.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of a naturally occurring experience - the Trance State which is induced through deep relaxation. In this meditative state the patient is guided into the visualisation of new possibilities.....new, natural and creative ways of being....exploring and empowering the subconscious mind in such a way that the patient is able to realise his full potential and bring dreams into reality....becoming free from the limiting self doubts and fears that prevent us from being the way we want to be....the way we are meant to be!
The function and purpose therefore is one of liberation from negative subconsous programming, thus promoting self-empowerment, working within the paradigm of the patient's own inner landscape.
By addressing your inner experiences, you can learn to cope with life in a more positive way, addressing such problems as Fears, Phobias and Panic Attacks, Smoking, Nail-Biting and Other Habits. Lack of Confidence, Shyness; Stammering and Blushing; low self esteem, Anxiety and Depression.
Problems with Food and Body Image. Tension and Stress and Sleeping Prdoblems.
The Hypnotic trance is the deep relaxation of mind and body, allowing tension and stress to drift away, and is highly beneficial in that it also strengthens and enhances the immune system.

Crystal Healing

This is an ancient way of healing that is re-emerging at present. The modern therapist understands how the stable high vibrational frequency of crystal energy fields can be used to affect the human aura in a positive manner.
Crystal healing works on the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies, releasing, harmonising and balancing to bring about a sense of peace in the body, mind and spirit. it is a gently therapy with a little physical contact - the patient often drifting off into a pleasant relaxed state.
With ongoing therapy people tend to develop more awareness of the world around them, opening the doors of knowledge and wisdom. Advice is given on how to protect and'ground' the energies in every day life.

Spiritual Healing

This form of therapy is based upon the ability to channel a universal healing energy to correct distortions and blockages in the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical energy fields. This process has proved to be highly beneficial dealing with depression and trauma. These may be accidents, physical abuse, infection, childhood abandonment, sexual abuse, grief etc. Spiritual healing can be very helpful with what might seem everyday problems, from infections to migraine, and of course is a major source of help to those whose physical pain is the somatised expression of repressed emotion. This is very often the case with asthma, backache, arthritis, to say nothing of the issues often found associated with heart disease. The body's eloquence of expression can be almost endless, but so too is that of healing!

Herbal Medicine or Phytotherapy

The Medical Herbalist trains for five years including practical work at various clinics throughout the country, and is recognised by the letters DBTh. followed by the letters of the organisation - MIRCH.
Medical Herbalists are trained in a way similar to doctors, being able to make a diagnosis, and issue sick notes. Treatment is wholistic in every sense of the word, addressing all aspects of an individual's life, to bring the patient back to an enduring state of health.
Herbal prescriptions are made up to the individual's requirements, and are aimed at returning the body to a state of natural health, as opposed to mere symptom suppression. The latter course of action though initially attractive bestows a legacy of unresolved illness to re-emerge later as chronic disease and immunological disorders!
Herbal Medicine not only helps to prevent disease, but can reverse the process by which these states arise bringing not only relief but resolution.
The first consultation may last up to 2 hours, a complete medical history is taken down for file, and then the patient is given a prescription.
Follow-up visits are much shorter and these are to find out how the patient is progressing.
Some conditions may take more time than others to resolve, but the general rule is one month's treatment for every year of the illness.
Acute conditions such as cystitis, throat or chest infestions, etc can be resolved in a short time - days.
Chronic conditions such as arthritis and skin complaints will take longer depending on the severity and length of time of the disease.
Many people today prefer a more natural approach to treatment because of the side effects of modern drugs. Herbal medicine can be just as effective as chemical drugs, whilst having no side effects, and is especially recommended for chronic conditions.

Sound therapy and Shamanic work

Additional means can sometimes be helpful to diffuse stress quickly so that the main healing modality can be given more time.
Music, singing bowls, drum, and chanting can all help to relax the patient thereby enabling the therapy to be more effective.
Dowsing can help to pin point problem areas, and shamanic journeying can help to put the patient back in touch with their own spirit.

'The cure of the part should not be attempted without treatment of the whole.
No attempt should be made to cure the body without the soul and if the head and the body are to be healthy yuou must begin by curing the mind, for this is the greatest error of our day in the treatemt of the human body that physicians first separate the soul from the body............'
